Job Summary
Learning Manager to design, implement, and scale learning programs across Fulfillment Centers, Pickup Centers, and Retail; own onboarding, certification, cross-training, retraining, and ongoing development tied to safety, quality, productivity, and operational consistency; translate process maps, SOPs, and standard work into executable training, certification flows, and audit tools; build and maintain training content; lead and coach a team of Learning Coordinators; monitor onboarding ramp, speed to proficiency, certification attainment, cross-training coverage, retraining frequency, audit performance, and adherence to standard work; collaborate with Process Engineering, Project Management, Operations, HR, and Safety on rollout readiness and process changes; support leadership development and governance to ensure training aligns with evolving workflows and network needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment with hands-on training or learning leadership experience
- 3+ years of people management experience and cross-site/cross-functional initiatives
- Experience building or managing scalable learning systems in a multi-site, high-change environment
- Fluency in learning systems, LMS administration, SOP development, training content creation, and hands-on coaching
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to lead sessions, influence cross-functional partners, and present to leadership
- Operational fluency with warehousing metrics, standard work, and process adherence
- Experience linking training to measurable business outcomes (ramp speed, error reduction, audit performance, execution consistency)
- Willingness and ability to travel to domestic fulfillment sites as needed
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for CT-based candidates
- Experience supporting WMS implementation, new facility launch, or major systems rollout from a training/change readiness perspective preferred
