Job Summary
Configure and maintain the LMS platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels while uploading and organizing training content for seamless learning experiences. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and generate reports on usage. Provide technical support to users and ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with Courseware and Media Teams, IT, and other stakeholders. Requires proven experience with Moodle, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in data management and reporting. 37-hour hybrid working week with competitive salary and pension.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with LMS platforms (ideally, Moodle)
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in data management and reporting
- Understanding of e-learning best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in LMS administration
- Experience with SCORM
- Experience with adult learning theories and learning content standards
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Knowledge of DSAT
- Knowledge of Jira
