Job Summary
LMS Administrator for Agilix Buzz responsible for day-to-day administration, documenting processes, mapping system interdependencies, and surfacing insights to inform decisions. Lead LMS projects (implementations, migrations, upgrades, feature rollouts), perform routine admin functions (maintenance, backups, security, permissions, customizations), manage integrations with SIS and third-party tools, create analytics, reports, and dashboards, align system setup with instructional goals, maintain the knowledge base, provide staff training, and continuously improve LMS solutions to support organizational goals. This is a full-time, remote, work-from-home role with emphasis on cross-team collaboration, stakeholder service, and ongoing system optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience administering Agilix Buzz Learning Management System
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users
