Job Summary
Lead instructional design and e-learning development to create impactful learning experiences aligned with global academy priorities. Deliver and facilitate leadership, management, mentorship, and compliance training programs both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) operations for the region, including reporting and analytics to demonstrate learning impact. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support regional development initiatives. Manage induction and orientation training while coordinating logistics for diverse workshops tailored to varied audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Learning & Organisational Development, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of four years' experience ideally in a Learning and/or Organisational Development role
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning, preferably in technical or consulting environments
- Hands-on LMS management experience (e.g., Docebo, Workday Learning)
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Facilitation experience across a range of learning interventions and audiences
- Ability to lead initiatives through the entire learning cycle
- Proficiency in creating quality learning materials
- Ability to produce quality outcomes with competing demands and tight deadlines
- Ability to coordinate and manage logistics of programs
- Ability to work independently towards achieving objectives without supervision
- Expert knowledge of L&D best practice
- Consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills in the context of resolving L&D related issues
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Additional qualifications or certifications in learning design, learning facilitation, business and performance coaching (or similar)
- Proficiency in learning technologies (e.g., Articulate360 Rise, ElevenLabs, Adobe Captivate, Vyond)
- Proficiency in using AI-first Learning Management Systems (LMS) i.e. Docebo
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong facilitation skills and learner engagement capability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder engagement ability
- Ability to effectively collaborate with global teams
- Strong working knowledge of L&D techniques and strategies
- Design, development and implementation Learning and Culture programs
- Strong facilitation skills in the context of organisational learning programs
- Excellent project management skills
