Job Summary
Partner with Team Leaders as a strategic people partner, coaching them through difficult conversations, team dynamics, and first-time-leader nerves to build their judgement. Own the organisation-wide learning framework, including onboarding, induction, and career pathways for all 500+ team members. Take full ownership of the Contour Leadership Academy, elevating its content and embedding to support 90+ leaders. Run Predictive Index debriefs to turn data into self-awareness for teams. Lead the recruitment and development of a junior leadership coaching team. Use engagement signals to identify leadership support needs and deliver targeted intervention.
Required Qualifications
- Real experience as a strategic people partner
- Genuine coaching chops
- Broad L&D experience
- Real facilitation chops
- A working knowledge of adult learning principles
- Predictive Index practitioner accreditation
- The ambition to build and lead a team
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Education, or a related field
