Job Summary
Lead US neurology learning strategy across launches and lifecycle management, developing capability-based roadmaps aligned to business priorities. Design, develop, and deploy launch curricula while adapting global content to create US-specific learning solutions. Drive innovative approaches including digital and artificial intelligence tools, and coach learning professionals to foster continuous improvement. Partner with Medical, Commercial, Access, and global teams to deliver future-focused experiences that support patient outcomes. This hybrid role (40% in-office) sits within UCB's Talent Acquisition & Learning team, focusing on neurology and immunology assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' learning, capability development, or sales learning experience
- Field experience in sales, medical, enablement, or leadership roles
- Proven experience supporting US pharmaceutical product launches
- People leadership experience with coaching and team development
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across matrix organizations
- 40% of your time spent in the office
