Learning Internship (12 months)

Job Summary
As a Learning Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Ogury’s global learning and development initiatives. You will coordinate training logistics, manage the global training calendar, handle registrations on the learning platform (Sana Labs), communicate with registrants, and liaise with external vendors. You will assist in updating content on the learning platform, manage user enrollments and reporting, provide first-line platform support, and help curate e-learning modules and resources. You will draft internal communications, assist in creating marketing materials for learning initiatives, and support internal learning communities. You will also contribute to data collection and analysis, help build dashboards for stakeholders, and assist in needs analysis to inform training programs. You will gain hands-on experience across coordination, content management, communications, and data analysis within a corporate setting, working closely with the Culture and Learning team and external partners. The role requires current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program, fluency in English, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, Business Administration)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong interest in learning and development, adult education, and fostering a culture of continuous growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset for supporting internal users
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a global team
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
- Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles (beneficial)
