Job Summary
Learning Implementation Administrator role focused on planning, coordinating and implementing learning programs across Transport. Responsibilities include sourcing/booking training resources, coordinating internal/external training delivery, handling learner enquiries, maintaining learning master schedule, managing course logistics and materials, data entry/records across SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and TimeEdit, and supporting invoicing, procurement and contract processes. Requires ability to work with multiple stakeholders, understand complex learning programs, and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines. Emphasis on customer-centric service delivery, quality/compliance assessments, and a collaborative team environment. Flexible work options may be available and the role sits within Transport for NSW with Petersham as a primary location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating learning, training or service delivery with multiple stakeholders and external providers
- Experience using SAP systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with ServiceNow and TimeEdit scheduling tools
- Applied understanding of adult learning principles
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of NVR RTOs 2025 guidelines
