Job Summary
Learning Facilitator responsible for delivering interactive learning experiences that connect e-learning to real work through discussions, simulations, role-play, and peer learning. Facilitate foundational topics, maintain deep subject knowledge across homeownership workflows, build relationships with frontline leaders, conduct floor time and observations to stay aligned with actual work, provide actionable insights to training partners, create and update materials, generate practice prompts and facilitation plans, and contribute to content reviews to improve learner experience and outcomes. Knowledge of LMS, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled tools is expected, with a focus on clear communication and coaching-based improvement across a range of business areas.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to engage learners and manage group interaction
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support learners with varying needs
- Ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Ability to receive and apply coaching/feedback and continuously improve
- Comfort adopting new tools and technology (including AI-enabled tools) following policy and data standards
- Working knowledge of internal platforms (LMS, collaboration tools, communication channels)
