Job Summary
Learning Facilitator to support teachers, assist with instructional strategies, differentiate instruction, and assess student progress within a collaborative school culture. Responsible for classroom preparation, supporting transitions, grading and organizing materials, aligning curriculum with state standards, analyzing student data to identify instructional improvements, participating in PLCs and school initiatives, and assisting with lunch duty and substitute coverage. Requires collaboration with instructional leaders and staff, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree or 60 hours of transcript college credit from an accredited college or university
- 1 to 3 years experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
