Learning Experience Manager | Bulacan

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications and enforce development guidelines to meet enterprise functional and operational needs. Manage site-wide training initiatives, drive campaign-specific programs for Team Leaders and Teammates, and create materials maximizing campaign task mastery. Execute detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation while acting as the in-house expert for trainees and team leaders. Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives, and plan total training policies, programs, testing tools, and systems to ensure quality standards. Work directly with Operations leadership and US counterparts to align training with broader business objectives and explore specific departmental needs.
