Job Summary
Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies, covering curriculum, exams, and technical preparatory courses for enterprise endorsement. Deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training while creating effective induction programs and e-learning packages. Set standards through conduct and integrity, act as the content expert to maintain relevant materials, and continuously improve learning opportunities across the organization. Monitor trainee progress via questionnaires, ensure statutory requirements are met, and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning. Research and revise programs to adapt to changing work environments, ensuring all trainees adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Problem solver and critical thinker
- Can present and facilitate a class discussion
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative—can think outside the box with different ways to motivate and engage an audience
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours
