Job Summary
Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies, creating curriculum, exams, and induction materials for enterprise endorsement. Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements and act as the content expert to maintain relevant training documents. Set standards through conduct and integrity, motivating trainees while monitoring their progress via questionnaires and discussions with managers. Continuously improve learning opportunities, amend programs to adapt to environmental changes, and ensure statutory training requirements are met. Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, including the creation of e-learning packages, while ensuring all trainees adhere to the Code of Conduct. Work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Problem solver and critical thinker
- Can present and facilitate a class discussion
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative—can think outside the box with different ways to motivate and engage an audience
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours
