Job Summary
Learning Experience Designer at TaskUs (Remote, US EST hours) responsible for translating client requirements into effective training strategies and content. Lead Front End Analysis/Task Analyses with Subject Matter Experts, document knowledge for training development, design SMART learning objectives, and create diverse training materials (slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, e-learning modules, quizzes, activities). Develop and implement assessments aligned with assessment strategy, facilitate validation sessions, review others' content, and mentor teammates. Requires BA/BS in education/learning theory/instructional design (or equivalent practical experience), 3+ years in designing and delivering learning across multiple media, proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 (and other tools like Evolve, Google Slides), Cornerstone or similar LMS, Google Suite, and strong QA/QC skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and change; strong organizational and documentation skills; welcome to contribute to corporate education initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Location is remote (US EST hours) with global TaskUs presence and emphasis on People First culture.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in education, learning theory, Instructional design, and/or related discipline field or equivalent practical 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media
- Experience using Articulate to create training content
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting
- Tolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change
- Experience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate Storyline 360, Evolve, Google slides for course development
- Strong QA/QC skills
- Nice to have Hands-on experience with technical topics or environments (e.g. computers, programming, networking, front-end development, etc.).
- Experience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or other LMS
- Video editing such as Premier, Final cut, Camtasia, etc.
- Experience in corporate education (L4)
- Learning Management System - Cornerstone (L4)
- SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics
- Experience with Google Suite, Adobe Suite
- Task Analyses

- Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy
- Develop SMART Learning Objectives
- Design and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training, decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.)
- Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development
- QA/QC and training content review
- Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling
