Learning Experience Designer

The Learning Experience Designer will create high-quality, end-to-end instructional content for the Recorded Future Platform, translating cybersecurity concepts into practical, role-specific learning experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs to distill complex topics into engaging modules and scenarios, designing SMART objectives and assessments aligned with industry frameworks, applying instructional-design models (ADDIE/SAM/Blooms/Design Thinking), delivering courses on schedule, maintaining up-to-date training assets, and ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Candidates should be proficient with Articulate Rise and Camtasia, have a solid cybersecurity foundation, and possess an instructional-design certificate in progress or recently earned; experience in end-to-end content development and LMS workflows is preferred. The role is remote in India and emphasizes enabling users to effectively engage with the Recorded Future Platform and apply learning in daily tasks.
