Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary
Design and develop engaging eLearning experiences for software product adoption, onboarding, and enablement by translating complex technical concepts into learner-friendly content. Lead collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Product Implementation) to create role-based, scalable learning paths, assessments, and scenario-based activities. Develop content using ADDIE/SAM frameworks, build interactive courses with authoring tools, ensure accessibility (WCAG), and continuously improve materials based on feedback. Emphasize UX, multimedia elements, and alignment with product updates to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing enablement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 2–5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, instructional documentation and/or a related field
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Proven experience developing eLearning using course authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity
- Nice to Have: Experience in a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience with multimedia tools (i.e., Techsmith Camtasia and Audiate, IORAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience working in LMS platforms and content publishing
