Job Summary
Design customer education experiences across onboarding, product adoption, certifications, workshops, and self-paced learning by working with Product Managers and SMEs to extract expertise into structured learning. Guide Computer to generate first drafts of lessons, labs, quizzes, videos, and assessments, then create prompting frameworks and reusable templates to improve AI-generated content quality. Review, refine, and validate AI-generated learning for technical accuracy and learner impact while defining learning standards and instructional patterns across DevRevU. Decide when AI is sufficient versus when human judgment is required, continuously improving content using feedback and analytics. Experiment with new AI-native approaches rather than traditional courseware.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, learning experience design, technical enablement, or customer education
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience working and building with generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar
- Ability to structure ambiguous information into clear learning journeys
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams
- Strong attention to detail and high quality standards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building technical training or SaaS product education
- Experience designing AI-assisted content creation workflows
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or structured AI authoring
- Experience with customer education, enablement, certifications, or onboarding programs
