Job Summary
As Learning Experience Designer at CREB®, design, develop, and update learning programs and materials; conduct learning needs analysis; collaborate with stakeholders to create learner-focused content; evaluate program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements; support speaker coordination and training delivery for both in-person and virtual courses.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, or adult education
- Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with eLearning tools and learning management systems is an asset
