Job Summary
Design end-to-end digital learning experiences, from needs analysis and learning architecture through to build, launch and iteration. Create visually engaging content using modern authoring tools and facilitate training via in-person, virtual, and asynchronous modalities. Maintain design standards, authoring templates, and quality frameworks while applying andragogy and learning science to drive behaviour change. Partner with stakeholders to clarify business goals and co-design solutions, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and assess initiative effectiveness using data. Act as a subject matter expert on content design, integrating external best practice to raise the overall standard of learning across the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in training, learning and development or related roles
- Demonstrated experience designing digital and blended learning (beyond elearning)
- Relevant bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate study
- Practical experience using authoring and design tools
- Familiarity with learning management systems
- Understanding of UX, human-centred design and inclusive design
- Experience managing projects and competing priorities using structured tools and methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., listening, coaching, negotiating, influencing)
- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build relationships
