Job Summary
Monitor and schedule experience requests while creating monthly trip schedules for the Warroad Experience. Coordinate travel, lodging, and event logistics for participants, facilitators, and guests, including pre-event planning and stakeholder meetings. Manage event details, budgets, and timelines using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Asana. Provide on-site support for setup, teardown, and dining space preparation to ensure professional event staging. Collaborate with the Learning Experience Manager and Facilitators to deliver impactful participant experiences and gather post-event feedback. Track project progress, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions to maintain timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and organizing events or similar experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using project management tools with Asana, Salesforce or related CRM platform preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
