Job Summary
Coordinate communications, logistics, and performance tracking for Destination Marvin and Warroad Experience events. Manage event details, timelines, and budgets while arranging travel, lodging, and accommodations for participants, facilitators, and guests. Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Asana, and collaborate with the Learning Experience Manager to create agendas and ensure space availability. Provide on-site support for setup, teardown, and dining space preparation, and assist in creating post-event materials and follow-up reports. Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to maintain timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and organizing events or similar experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using project management tools with Asana, Salesforce or related CRM platform preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
