Job Summary
Learning Experience Architect at Fidelity will lead ideation, development, and refinement of modern, evidence-based learning solutions across the enterprise. The role emphasizes designing rich learning experiences using graphic design, video, and authoring tools (including Adobe Creative Cloud), applying learning theory to diverse settings, and contributing to complex, time-bound projects within the Enterprise Learning Experience team. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, with a focus on creating scalable learning experiences and partnering with talent programs to achieve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Learning Experience Design
- Experience building learning experiences
- In-depth knowledge of learning design and adult learning theory
- Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
- SharePoint web-development literacy (preferred)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to lead large-scale projects with tight timelines
Desired Qualifications
