Job Summary
Architect end-to-end learning experiences across eLearning, blended learning, and virtual instructor-led training by conducting needs analyses and performance gap assessments. Lead discovery conversations with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify learning needs, then develop storyboards, scripts, and design blueprints that align with business objectives. Mentor instructional designers through coaching, deliverable reviews, and the sharing of best practices to strengthen team capabilities. Apply Generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, curation, and quality assurance while integrating AI-assisted workflows into development processes. This senior role sits within the Global Delivery team, supporting global clients with high-quality learning solutions that solve real business challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or learning development
- Proven experience designing complex learning solutions from analysis through implementation
- Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning science
- Experience conducting needs analyses and performance consulting engagements
- Ability to consult with stakeholders and translate business requirements into learning solutions
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding other instructional designers
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to support learning design and content development
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into instructional design workflows and development processes
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-focused environments
