Job Summary
Manage accreditation status with national bodies including ASHA, AOTA, NASP, NBCC, and ASWB by preparing applications, renewals, and audits while ensuring all continuing education programs meet ethical guidelines. Lead planning and execution of professional conferences by developing timelines, securing venues, recruiting speakers, and overseeing on-site logistics and CEU approvals. Collaborate with leadership to identify professional development needs, implement quality improvement processes, and track attendance and impact metrics. Maintain accurate documentation of course content and evaluation data as primary liaison with accrediting organizations. Occasional evening or weekend work during event execution; periodic travel required for in-person conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree, Education, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in accreditation management, continuing education, compliance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience planning professional conferences or large-scale events
- Strong knowledge of CEU processes and documentation requirements
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and regulatory requirements simultaneously
- Periodic travel required for in-person conferences
- Occasional evening or weekend work during event execution
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with school-based professionals or healthcare-related credentialing bodies
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and registration platforms
- Experience preparing for audits or compliance reviews
