Job Summary
Learning & Engagement Specialist responsible for operational delivery of in-person and virtual learning programs, end-to-end event planning and logistics, registration and reporting, and driving belonging and inclusion initiatives. You’ll manage vendor relationships, develop repeatable templates and guidance, produce executive-ready updates, and partner with HR to turn data into actionable insights. The role requires coordinating with HR leaders, program owners, ERGs, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging experiences, including brand celebrations and team-building activities, at Hasbro’s Boston/Boston-area or Pawtucket locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field) or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, program operations, employee engagement/event production, or related roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexible, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
