Job Summary

L&D support responsible for training planning activities within a team of 6, managing administrative tasks related to training, assisting in weekly/monthly training scheduling, entering information into the LMS (Cornerstone), serving as the contact for training-related questions and partners, and leading a multi-year project. Responsibilities include arranging logistics for colleagues (hotel bookings, travel plans) and coordinating training logistics. Required skills include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, adaptability, proactivity, teamwork, and fluency in Dutch and English. Experience in a similar role is preferred; STCW certification experience is an advantage. DEME is a global leader in dredging and offshore energy projects, with a Belgian base and a presence in over 90 countries.
