Job Summary
Execute learning needs analysis, design training modules, and create e-learning content while collaborating with subject matter experts. Maintain the Learning Management System by uploading courses, tracking progress, and generating reports, then provide troubleshooting support for technical learner issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing feedback and participate in governance activities under supervision. Ensure all tasks are completed on time and in compliance with internal guidelines. Recent graduates in education or instructional design with strong organizational skills and English fluency are required.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in education/educational sciences, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, or related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
- Familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and pay attention to detail
- Fluency in English
