Job Summary
Learning & Development Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating advanced training programs across the organization. Partners with leadership to assess development needs, create leadership, technical, and compliance trainings, measure ROI, manage budgets, and drive a culture of continuous learning. Requires experience with LMS, needs assessments, data-driven program improvements, and collaboration with senior leadership. Standard full-time schedule with occasional evening/weekend hours and frequent travel between Trax locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or related fields
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development, technical training, and professional development programs
- Advanced knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to improve learning strategies and measure ROI
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to clearly translate expectations and organizational skills to employees
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals
- Commitment to fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous learning
