Job Summary
Design and deliver targeted training programs for WellNow Urgent Care team members, creating content via video, simulation, and virtual learning tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia. Facilitate specialized VILT sessions covering DOT guidelines, OSHA compliance, and clinical protocols while evaluating learner performance to identify skill gaps. Collaborate with field leaders to refine instructional materials, maintain content accuracy through prior approval processes, and support project management by tracking training records and coordinating logistics. Work independently to recommend new development tools and applications, ensuring all training aligns with organizational goals and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and training facilitation
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
- Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials
- Proficiency in programs such as Articulate RISE 360, Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond, Camtasia, Monday.com, and Smartsheet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc. and SharePoint
- Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, impactful educational content
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content and logistics
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
