Job Summary
Design and deliver targeted training programs for team members using modalities like video, simulation, and virtual live sessions. Develop instructional content in Articulate Storyline and Camtasia, while collaborating with field leaders to create role-specific materials and manuals. Facilitate specialized VILT sessions covering DOT guidelines, OSHA compliance, and clinical protocols, then evaluate learner performance to identify skill gaps. Manage administrative tasks including project planning, tracking training records, and coordinating logistics for virtual sessions. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and training facilitation
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
- Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials
- Proficiency in programs such as Articulate RISE 360, Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond, Camtasia, Monday.com, and Smartsheet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc. and SharePoint
- Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, impactful educational content
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content and logistics
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
