Learning & Development Specialist

Design, document, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for the Client Success department with a heavy focus on initial onboarding, system training, and process/procedure education. Develop content and proficiency/certification materials; create curriculum and deliver trainings across in-class, one-on-one, and LMS-enabled formats; collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to address training gaps and schedule priorities; manage multiple learning programs and maintain learning documentation and LMS assets using tools such as Bridge, Workday, Confluence, Rise 360, Canva, Camtasia, Mentimeter, and related technologies. Lead engaging sessions, transform complex topics into actionable training, and support a positive learning culture within Client Success through data-driven updates and ongoing development.
