Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate course development and delivery for member education, including planning timelines, identifying Subject Matter Experts, building courses via the League’s learning software, and preparing accompanying materials. Manage course registration pages for live virtual and in-person trainings, oversee on-site logistics and technical support for events, and maintain CRM records for attendance, course credits, and certificates of completion. Collaborate with the Director of Learning & Development and the SCME team to identify content, plan conference-related sessions, and leverage AML metrics to drive member participation and program revenue. Provide IT-assisted curriculum paths within Protech, support enrollment modifications, and contribute to outreach and communications to promote learning programs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong communication skills, comfortable learning new technologies, and capable of coordinating across teams to deliver quality education programs.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Public Administration, Education, Business, HR, Organizational Development, Project Management, Psychology, and/or other related degrees
- Two to five years of experience.
