Job Summary
Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats; partner with leaders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into scalable development solutions; manage learning platforms and vendor partnerships; evaluate training outcomes and continuously improve programs; coordinate logistics and enable smooth delivery of training initiatives; support leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and a strengths-based culture; develop internal communications, calendars, and resources to increase participation; serve as program manager or co-lead for firmwide learning events. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in learning and development, strong instructional design and communication skills, LMS experience, ability to travel occasionally, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong foundation in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods
- Experience facilitating training and presenting to diverse audiences
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually effective learning content
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with or ability to learn learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint expertise strongly valued)
- Commitment to continuous improvement and employee development
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally
