Job Summary
Learning & Development Specialist/Instructional Design responsible for developing and implementing training strategies, eLearning programs, and instructional materials to support organizational goals. Key duties include needs assessments, designing and developing instructional design processes, delivering multimedia training materials, evaluating post-training outcomes, coordinating training facilities and resources, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance in training programs, and providing leadership support in training-related projects and initiatives. Requires collaboration with management, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with Articulate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google products. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or related field or equivalent experience required
- Three to five years training or employee relations experience preferred
- Two to three years’ customer service experience preferred
