Job Summary
Design impactful learning solutions by creating engaging in-person, virtual, online, and blended programs aligned with business goals. Deliver interactive instructor-led and virtual training sessions while applying adult learning principles to develop high-impact, learner-centered experiences focused on measurable outcomes. Partner with subject matter experts to transform complex content into clear, practical learning materials and lead instructional design efforts supporting major business initiatives, system implementations, and process transformations. Develop learning objectives and evaluation strategies that demonstrate knowledge transfer and business impact. This contract-to-hire role in Phoenix, Arizona, requires a hybrid schedule and proficiency with learning management systems and tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and developing learning solutions
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering online, virtual, and blended learning programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and educational technology
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools, including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Camtasia, and Envato
- Strong visual design, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop effective learning solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business and technical information into engaging learning experiences
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
