Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary
Learning & Development Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global learning programs, coordinating initiatives, and enhancing talent development across regions. Leads large-scale formal training programs, partners with SMEs to map curriculum paths, creates blended learning solutions (instructor-led, e-learning, simulations, video content), and measures program effectiveness. Collaborates with HRBPs, site leaders, and communications to roll out programs; works with HRIS to maintain data and reporting; manages program logistics and content alignment to brand and pedagogical standards. Requires experience with eLearning tools, MS/Google productivity suites, HRIS, and AI-enabled content creation; strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., iSpring, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond)
- MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace; HRIS such as SuccessFactors is a plus
- Adept at using generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) to accelerate content creation and admin workflows
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality deliverables
- Analytical problem-solving and ability to translate business requirements into learning solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Project management skills and ability to manage learning projects and milestones
- Flexible hours for conference calls outside regular business hours during peak periods
