Job Summary
Develop and maintain training programs and curriculum addressing business needs and performance gaps, including eLearning for new employee onboarding, onsite training, and new manager development. Create, edit, and maintain training procedural manuals and job guides while conducting seminars, workshops, and instructor-led group sessions. Track participation and outcomes to evaluate effectiveness, then publish courses in the LMS and suggest improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to support initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience, proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia, and Microsoft Office skills. The position is in-office only in Pearland with 25 days of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of eLearning and instructor-led training experience (including internships or academic projects)
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and other authoring tools (portfolio or work samples available upon request)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite required
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communication, project management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred (or a minimum of 4 years related work experience in lieu of degree)
