Job Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver, and optimize training programs for Servbank’s banking operations, covering products, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include onboarding and ongoing training for customer-facing and internal teams, identifying skill gaps with leaders across operations, mortgage servicing, and compliance, creating and maintaining training materials (presentations, job aids, procedural documentation), ensuring audit-ready content, monitoring onboarding progress via the LMS, and supporting process changes and regulatory updates with follow-up coaching to boost knowledge retention and performance. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or related role, preferably within banking or a regulated environment
- Familiarity with banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Experience developing training materials, including presentations, job aids, and procedural documentation
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, ability to train in-person and virtually
- Proficiency in technical writing and documenting policies and procedures
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training assignment and tracking
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, compliance, and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with eLearning tools is a plus
