Job Summary
The role focuses on designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs for Servbank’s banking operations to boost regulatory readiness and service quality. You will develop onboarding and ongoing training for customer-facing and internal teams, align content with banking policies and audit requirements, and leverage the LMS to track completion and readiness for audits. You’ll collaborate with operations, mortgage servicing, and compliance leaders to identify skills gaps, create materials (presentations, job aids, procedures), facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual), and support process changes and regulatory updates to ensure compliant, high-quality learning operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or a related role, preferably within banking or a regulated environment
- Familiarity with banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Experience developing training materials, including presentations, job aids, and procedural documentation
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to train both in-person and virtually
- Proficiency in technical writing, with the ability to clearly document policies and procedures
- Experience with or exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training assignment and tracking
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with eLearning tools is a plus
