Job Summary
Develop and deliver training programs focused on banking operations, products, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements; support onboarding and ongoing training for customer-facing and internal teams to ensure compliance and high-quality service; collaborate with operations, mortgage servicing, and compliance to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions; create and maintain training materials (presentations, job aids, procedural docs) aligned with banking practices and audit readiness; monitor onboarding and course completion via LMS and drive follow-up coaching to reinforce learning; assist in initiatives to support system updates and new banking regulations; support reporting and tracking of training completion for audits and regulatory reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering training programs in banking/regulated environments
- Knowledge of banking products, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with LMS and learning analytics
- Ability to create onboarding and ongoing training materials (presentations, job aids, procedures)
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
- Experience aligning training with audit and compliance needs
