Job Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver, and optimize training programs for Servbank's banking operations, covering products, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include onboarding and ongoing training for customer-facing and internal teams, identifying skill gaps with operations/compliance leaders, creating and maintaining training materials (presentations, job aids, procedural docs), managing LMS-based progress and ensuring audit-ready content, and supporting process changes and regulatory updates through coaching and feedback. The role requires 1–3 years of L&D experience in a banking or regulated environment, instructional design and facilitation skills (in-person and virtual), strong technical writing, and proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or related role
- experience in banking or regulated environment preferred
- familiarity with banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements
- experience developing training materials (presentations, job aids, procedural documentation)
- strong facilitation and presentation skills (in-person and virtual)
- proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, compliance, leadership)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with eLearning tools a plus
