Job Summary
Design and deliver scalable L&D programmes across the firm from junior to partner; lead the development of a flagship Business Development training programme; build and own a Career Stepping Up programme with structured pathways for progression to Manager, Senior Manager, Director and Partner; develop a Commercial Awareness curriculum to help colleagues understand how the firm makes money and how to add value to clients; ensure programmes are scalable and consistently delivered across service lines, geographies and grade levels; partner with Service Line leaders and HR to identify capability gaps and build commercially grounded solutions; manage external learning providers and facilitators; build relationships with Partners and senior leaders to elevate L&D as a business-critical function; define success metrics and ROI; report on L&D effectiveness; require significant experience designing and delivering scalable L&D programmes in professional services, with strong facilitation, communication and project management skills; coaching qualification and familiarity with digital learning tools and psychometrics are advantageous; flexible working options are available.
