Job Summary
Lead the development, design, and delivery of Emory Healthcare's core front-line leadership programs across 30,000 employees, managing project plans, content curation, and logistics for workshops and virtual sessions. Facilitate high-quality training using diverse formats including group discussions and simulations, while conducting train-the-trainer sessions to ensure consistent program delivery. Own communications strategies, vendor management, and reporting processes to measure training impact, ROI, and continuous improvements in learning outcomes. Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to address business needs and design solutions for professional and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development, Adult Education, Industrial Psychology or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a lead learning or organizational development role
- 7+ years of experience project managing leadership learning programs to develop organizational capability
- Specialist-level depth in learning and development
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to a variety of audiences
- Strong experience partnering and stakeholder engagement
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience in leading learning and development, talent management or human resources initiatives or projects
- Experience working with and facilitating to all levels of the organization across a wide range of Talent and Learning areas
- Ability to apply functional expertise to design and deploy learning solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Innovative thinking and proven ability to research innovative learning and development practices and tools to continuously enrich and enhance Emory Healthcare learning and development practice
- Tolerance for ambiguity balanced with the ability to organize and deploy practical solutions
- Customer centricity focus and ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- This is a Hybrid role and the candidate must be able to travel to different Emory Healthcare locations within Atlanta and attend in-person meetings as scheduled
- Some travel outside of Atlanta may be required of role
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- 360 assessment coaching experience preferred
