Job Summary
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees and leaders while coordinating logistics, materials preparation, and program administration. Manage learning calendars, administer the Learning Management System, and track participation metrics to ensure compliance and measure effectiveness. Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and Employee Experience teams to design scalable solutions, identify development needs, and enhance continuous learning processes. Maintain accurate documentation, analyze stakeholder feedback, and generate reports on program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, Talent Development, or a related field
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating and delivering employee training programs
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning-related technologies
- Analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and report training data
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Experience supporting leadership development programs
- Exposure to employee onboarding and professional development initiatives
- TMP, APTD, or other learning and development certifications
- Experience developing e-learning content, training materials, or blended learning solutions
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing learning programs and processes
