Job Summary
Learning & Development Partner to collaborate with operational leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs, develop practical training solutions, coordinate LMS-driven learning activities and compliance training, and foster a data-informed, continuous-improvement approach to frontline teams in an operational animal welfare environment. The role combines learning solution design, training coordination, stakeholder partnering, and reporting; requires applying adult learning principles, managing multiple priorities across a multi-site operation, and promoting a culture of ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development or related discipline (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate 360 (desirable)
