Role requires collaboration to drive development across field and office environments, with travel up to 20% and salary range of $94,000-$129,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Learning and Development or related experience
- Experience in construction or field-based environments
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills
