Job Summary
Learning & Development Partner—Field Operations responsible for translating jobsite and business needs into practical, field-ready training across both field and office environments. Partners with operational leaders, HR Partners, and SMEs to design and deliver engaging, measurable learning solutions spanning facilitator-led, blended, and on-demand formats. Responsible for identifying skill gaps, developing content, facilitating training, evaluating effectiveness, and refining programs to maximize impact in a fast-paced construction setting. Travel up to 20% and strong collaboration, planning, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Learning and Development or related experience
- Experience in construction or field-based environments
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience translating business needs into training solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office; instructional design knowledge; graphic design ability (desired)
