Job Summary
Design and deliver Emperor's learning and development strategy aligned to business priorities, leading organisation-wide skills mapping and capability planning. Develop clear development frameworks for Rising Stars and Future Leaders, and create scalable learning journeys that support career progression and internal mobility. Own and optimise learning technology while measuring impact through improvements in capability, engagement, and retention. Lead employee engagement approach including Culture Amp surveys and insights, partner with HR on inclusion strategy, and use AI to personalise learning and enhance insight.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering learning and capability strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience developing managers, leaders and high-potential talent
- A passion for identifying and developing rising stars and future leaders
- Experience with succession planning, talent management or career development frameworks
- Strong facilitation, communication and programme management skills
- Experience using data and insight to improve outcomes
- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to embrace new technology
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, employee experience and culture
