Job Summary
Conduct and evaluate weekly training for new joiners and existing employees, coordinating delivery with Ops leaders and facilitating development modules. Report daily, weekly, and monthly on all training activities to the L&D Manager while assisting with non-Ops training and refreshing programs as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related fields with at least two years of experience, plus strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills. Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is also required.
Required Qualifications
- at least bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field
- At least minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Excellent Public Speaking

- Excellent using Ms. Office, especially Power Point
- Able to use Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro (Basic)
