Job Summary
Design, develop, and execute the learning strategy for the organization, including onboarding and ongoing development for advisors and staff, ensuring NASAA IAR CE and SEC/FINRA regulatory alignment. Lead end-to-end course creation (e-learning, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments), establish a First 90 Days onboarding journey, and manage vendor relationships. Drive a scalable, compliant training program integrated with core systems (e.g., Salesforce, Black Diamond, Nitrogen, eMoney) and produce audit-ready training records. Independently assess learning needs, build annual L&D strategy and calendar, and foster a culture aligned with Verde Values. The role emphasizes strategic design, autonomous leadership, and measurable impact on performance and client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required
- 3-5 years in Learning & Development (L&D)
- Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or high-growth startup environments preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Location: Clarkston, Michigan office; 100% in-person work setup
